[2026학년도 2학기 대학원 영구수료 등록생 추가 신청 안내]

1. 신청자격

 - 영구수료 처리일로부터 5년이 경과하지 않은 사람

 - 기존에 영구수료등록생으로 등록한 이력이 없는 사람(1회만 허용)

2. 신청절차

 - 신청기간: 2026. 9. 2.(수) 09:00 ~ 9. 4.(금) 18:00

 * 붙임 안내 참고하여 통합정보시스템에서 신청 후 출력하여 주임교수 및 지도교수 서명 또는 날인 후 대학원 행정실(어의관 613호) 제출

 - 제출서류: 신청서 1부(통합정보시스템 출력), 사유서(자유양식) 1부, 성적증명서 1부, 지도교수변경신청서(통합정보시스템에 출력) 1부(해당자만)

 - 등록비 납부(등록금 50%): 2026. 9. 16.(수) ~ 9. 17.(목) 16:00까지 (등록금 2차납부 기간)

※ 신청 후 등록비 납부하여야 신청 완료됨

 신청방법은 첨부파일 반드시 확인해주세요.(신청: 학생포털 X, 통합정보시스템)

3. 유의사항

 - 석사 4학기, 박사 6학기 이내에 학위청구논문을 제출해야 함.

 - 해당학과 변경 또는 폐지된 경우 유사한 학과로 변경하여 신청(변경하고자 하는 학과의 동의를 받아야함)

 - 지도교수 퇴임 및 사망의 경우 지도교수변경신청서 제출(통합정보시스템에서 신청후 출력하여 지도 및 주임교수 서명 또는 날인)

 - 지도교수 변경: (통합정보시스템) 학사>졸업>지도교수(원)>지도교수(학위)변경신청 에서 변경 정보 저장 후 신청서 출력, 변경전후 지도교수 및 주임교수 서명(도장)받아 행정실 제출

[Additional Application Period for Permanent Completion Registration for Graduate Students, Fall Semester 2026]

1. Eligibility

• Less than five years have passed since the date of permanent completion.
• You have not previously registered as a permanent completion registration student. This registration is allowed only once.

2. Application Procedure

• Application Period:
  Wednesday, September 2, 2026, 9:00 AM – Friday, September 4, 2026, 6:00 PM
  Please refer to the attached guide and apply through the Integrated Information System. After applying, print out the application form, obtain the signature or official seal of your department chair and academic advisor, and submit it to the Graduate School Administrative Office (Room 613, Eoui Hall).
• Registration Fee Payment (50% of regular tuition):
  Wednesday, September 16, 2026 – Thursday, September 17, 2026, 4:00 PM
  (During the second tuition payment period)
  ※ Your application will be complete only after you pay the registration fee.
